Airport Hotel
A pleasent enough hotel for on overnight stop through Miami airport although the hotel bus journey is something around 25 mins from the terminal and typically it seemed that every holiday Inn courtisy bus was for another HI location, and the wait at the airport was almost an hour.
Not an especially good place to stay for the cruise lines as of course being to the west of the city, it is that much further from the port.
Room prices are reasonable, I paid $90 as it was alast minute thing but through Priceline etc rooms can be obtained at $50 or lower

You have to bet
The staff were so helpful. Safe neighborhood and close to many restaurants. They have small pool, fitness room (very small and not working well), and basketball (half) court. We booked 2 rooms. One of them was very good but the other one was really bad. There is some smell of smoke. The toilet sometime took too much time to flush. On the last day the bathroom door collapsed. (Luckily my friend was alright.) Although the staff help us fixing this, it would be better if they could give us a new room.
