Good accommodation for the money
I travel 3 to 4 times per year to shop for my business. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 occassions and will be doing so again soon. I have read other reviews and they prompted me to write mine as well. This hotel is good for my purpose! It is reasonably priced, located central to the main shopping areas and is very accommodating of shoppers with lots of packages. The rooms are clean, with fresh linen replaced every day. They are AC, wireless is available and the staff is very courteous and quite helpful. The breakfast is no big deal, but we leave early most times anyway. There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street which serves a great breakfast if you want. If you are on a budget, this is a good place to stay. If you want upscale, then you need to book elsewhere. Major Factor - it appears to be as safe as any place can be in Miami. Three visits here, and not one incident to worry us. What more can I ask for?

Nice hotel but very very noisy.
It was our first hotel during our trip begin december 2007. We arrived around 10:00 PM. The hotel looked nice and check in went well. The room looked great also, we took a quick shower and went to bed. Then we noticed that the sound of the outside traffic was very loud. I even checked if the window was open or something like that. Nothing of that.
Beside that the room was good but i wouldn't stay here again.
The most dissapointing thing was that while checking out we where asked how our stay was. We answered the room was ok but i was extremly noisy. The receptionist didn't seem to care about our answer she just went on checking us out.
I think it would have been better she wouldn't asked anything if she didn't care about the answer.
