DoubleTree - DoubleComplaint?
For this price you can get better deals. Really. Front desk staff not very kind nor helpfull.
I complaint 3 times about a problem in the shower, the janitor went to my room 3 times to repair it but never did the work right!!
FINALLY I got my room changed at the 4th complain!! Does the guest of a DoubleTree hotel has to experience 4 bad experiences until the staff can take the right decision?
