I stayed here for Spring Break 2003, the room was as all are in SOBE, small, but the dinner here was fabulous and there is nothing like staying at the center of the action. Like all art-deco affordable hotels on South Beach, the walls are paper thin and the rooms are small, so expect this before you go.
Unique Quality: The unique qualities of this one is the fact it is one of the famous red neon-dressed art deco facades that you will see on dozens of postcards.
Directions: Take 5th down to Ocean and turn left, hotel is on the left across from Lummus Park.
