Henrosa Hotel a DUMP

Henrosa Hotel 1435 Collins Ave is a dump. They had a special on Craigs List posted 6th Sept for a monthly rate of $1000.00. I Checked in on the 13th Sept, no kitchen in room as showed on Craigs List. The room #211 was filthy. The bath tud was black with old bodyoil, hair from previous occupants. The ceiling was covered in dust from the fan, the A/C unit had mold and fungus growing from it. Mold also on wall below A/C unit. Blood on the bed covers. You get the point a dump. I complained and said I would check out, there reply NO REFUND on the $1000.00. After a three hour wait on the morning of the 14th Sept they moved me to what was refered to as a newly decorated room. I had told them I needed a clean room as I suffered from severe asthma. Not much better, again mold on the walls and the A/C was covered in it. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS DISGUSTING.
