One to Avoid!
The Ocean Spray offers little more than a clean small room and bed, maybe bed covers. In our case, we had no covers on our bed, and were informed "no" when we asked for covers, and "no" when we asked for an extra blanket. My wife and I ended up stripping the blankets off of the other bed, and sharing a twin bed for the night.
Parking is an extra $18 per night or you can search the streets for an open meter. but ensure that you plug the meter before 8AM or you could be stickered and ticketed.
This is one of the the worst places I have stayed, either here in the US or overseas.
