Reasonably priced for Orlando!
Stayed here for a week while teaching a course at UCF (about 6 miles away). Generously sized room with sitting area for 3-4 people, very comfortable queen-size bed. Free high-speed internet. Very nice free breakfast in the lobby, with plenty of seating.
There are several hotels/motels closer to UCF, but all are considerably more expensive (>$100). This one was fine for my needs.
Desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
My room had a slight "stale motel room" odor that was unnoticeable after 5 minutes in the room. I think this is a "Florida" smell - due to the humidity - more than anything else!
On one of my 6 nights, there was some late-night noise from some other guests - presumably teenagers. Otherwise, is was fairly quiet.
Unique Quality: Set back far enough from the road that highway noise wasn't noticeable.
Directions: Southeast side of town. Convenient for UCF but not the tourist areas (Disney World, etc.), which are on the southwest side.
