I stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago for a business convention. Since I didn't pay for the trip, I can't comment on the price. The rooms are the basic double bed hotel rooms, not much luxury there. But the pools are really nice and big, with water slides. The resort itself has a lot of room for leisurely strolls and restaurants on site. Overall, the grounds are nice and there are a lot of conveniences associated with staying in a Disney property, including airport services, longer hours at the parks, and shuttles back and forth. But I was really surprised the resort rooms weren't at least suite oriented considering people come with their families. One room with 2 double beds seems like a long time and small space to be in with kids for a week. Personally, I would pay more to have a more comfortable room when toddlers get cranky and you've had too much of the crowds. However, you kind of have to trade of the Disney resort benefits to get that.
The pool is really nice and big, with lots of water slides and landscaping. There is a cafeteria type restaurant on site that is convenient.
