Ticket Resales for attractions

by kennymac57

We've been in Kissimmee about one week now and we're wondering if anyone knows a good ticket agent we can trust for resale or discount tickets?
I've heard some stories about tickets that were bought and weren't honored when presented at the gates.
Any advice would be appreciated

We used Billy Bob tickets in Kissimmee when we were in Orlando 3 years ago. They have been around a long time. All our tickets were honored. They have a location right on Irlo Bronson Highway. Here is a link to their site.

I'm sorry that's Billy Boys not Billy Bobs.

My best advice is "don't do it". You are right, you can have your tickets taken away and not honored at the gate. They are all tied to your finger scan so if you buy someone else ticket you can be sure the scan won't work. If you are buying multi day tickets you can get some good discounts at the gate or at undercovertourist. For one and two day tickets there are no discounts. the other way to get some free tickets is to sit through a time share presentation.

Travel Tips for Orlando

Go Topless

by toontraveller

I hired two cars whilst in the USA, both of them Mustangs. They are fine cars and well worth the extra. This was my first one.

If it's your first time here they make you feel at home on the road and are especially comfortable if you have to make a long journey like my epic 8 hour trek to Miami.

By the way I got a free upgrade from a compact. Not bad eh! One thing I'll never forget is the shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Centre. You'll never see it on TV like the real thing.

If You Had Wings

by b1bob

Sponsored by Eastern Airlines (also defunct), "If You Had Wings" was an exhibit in Tomorrowland that promoted the wonders of air travel that most of us on VT know very well. This exhibit was taken out as Eastern's financial troubles began to take their toll.

Orlando Tip

Yes, me again - and this time I'm over at the ENGLAND corner - EPCOT CENTER's World Showcase.

Need I elaborate that this is another impressive place with lovely tudor-styled cottages, a replica of a street in Chester... and even a bright red telephone booth can be found here - sooo British!

BEST PIZZA

BEST PIZZA

Planet Pizza

14 W. Washington St., (407) 650-8859

There's something to be said for a pizza shop located directly across the street from not one, but two, downtown bars. But affection for Planet Pizza goes beyond drunk munchies. The fact is, those big slices come out of the oven warm and so heavily packed with toppings that you'll want to grab an extra paper plate on your way out. And the service is friendly and quick, even on nights where you have to deal with the swarm of Tabu-clubbing college kids who think falling down drunk is sexy (on certain nights, we'd agree). We suggest the white pizza, which comes smothered with mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. But honestly, it's all good. Especially after a good bender at the bar (or bars) across the street.

Orlando is a great place to golf!

by rstary

The golf courses near Orlando/Kissimee are plentiful! We played Mystic Dunes, Orange Tree (private), Falcon's Fire and both courses at Orange County National (The Panther and Crooked Cat). Your clubs!
