Pretty Good for the Money
This hotel has a lot going for it in the sense that it is very inexpensive and very clean. The beds are pretty comfortable and the rooms all come with small refrigerators and microwaves, which is convenient. Guests get a free breakfast every day, which isn't that exciting, but still enough to keep you going until lunch time. The hotel's pool is nice and clean as well, though there isn't anywhere to get drinks. If you want to have a drink by the pool you'll have to bring it with you.
Unique Quality: The location of the hotel is great. It is within walking distance to International Drive and all of its attractions and restaurants. It also about about ten minutes from Sea World. The Disney parks and downtown Orlando are about 15-20 minutes away.
Be aware that there are people working in the lobby who will try to sell you time shares and/or park tickets. They are very aggressive. You can avoid them by going in a side door or the door by the pool.

Cheap and close to convention center
I've been to a few Fairfield Inns, a low-cost Marriott hotel brand, and this one is not within the best ones I know. It's just a decent hotel which is located close enough to the Convention Center to give it some consideration. Rooms are clean, service is good, breakfast is right but that's it.
