I am needing to plan a business reception in October close to I-drive in Orlando, FL. Does anyone have any suggestions of a cool place to have a reception at? Good view, good food, can accommodate about 50 people? Your help is much appreciated!

I think that Cafe Tu Tu Tango is a pretty cool place. It's really unique. If you like art and tapas this is the place to go. It's on International Drive in Orlando. If you want to check out pictures and a description check out www.orlando-florida-local.com/cafetututango.html. Have fun!
Food and drink is generally expensive in the theme parks, so you may like to bring your own to reduce costs.
If you're staying on I-Drive, there's 3 branches of Walgreen's supermarkets where you can purchase food and drinks.
(NB With regard to Kennedy Space Center, they will not allow any outside food to be brought onto the premises, so if you have a car, then store the goods there, otherwise don't bother to bring any food/drinks there)

Tiny, fussy food? Try the hearty homemade country pâté, served with gherkins and grainy mustard — hardly delicate fare. Check online for Disney golf. I managed to book my husband a tee time (after 3pm) On a Disney course for less than $40 which included a cart. You can rent clubs if need be. He is thrilled to be playing a major course (The Palms) at such a great price! The course is located on Disney property across from the Polynesian Resort.
