Get up late, go to the beach for a couple of hrs., go cruising in your pick-up on the main boulevard, have dinner and go to one of the cool clubs after that. Maybe not the fondest, but definetely the thing that sticks in my mind when I think of Panama City: A tornado warning. When I was there in March 2001 a tornado touched ground a couple of miles away and we had a heavy storm. The roof of a neighboring hotel flew away and landed on the street. The next day was perfect sunshine again.
