My family and I are looking for a rental company to go through and make some reservations, does anyone have a suggestion? We usually stay in the Seagrove area on 30-A.
This year we would like to come and stay on Panama City Beach some where....

I don't know of any rental agents nor do I really know much about Panama City Beach so can't be of help on that score. I have been to Rosemary Beach though which is nearby. I think it is similar to Seagrove, but maybe smaller with a Dutch theme. I loved it there though it might be a be quiet for some.
Why not try renting from an owner direct?
I own a 2-BR + bunkroom in PCB (Calypso Condominiums) and it's BEAUTIFUL. Right on the beach, 18th floor. It's available to rent. Contact me and I'll put you in touch with the management company (rental fee is a little lower for me if I initiate the rental). Go to a Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce web site, you should find some info there on Mgmt. companys. Any companies but Joni`s Beach Rental or Panama City Beach Rental`s , they are no good !!!

We've rented from VRBO twice and have had great luck in doing so. I like the fact that you can see the actual unit that you'll be staying in along with all the amenities for that resort. There are tons to chose from in PC Beach!
With the never ending summer, Panama City beach in Florida can be the perfect getaway for you and you family this summer. Just few things that run on top of the head when somebody thinks of Panama City beach would be:

What culture?? We're talking about the Redneck Riviera! Really though, Panama City Beach is just a little southern town that happens to attract several million visitors a year. Very laid back (don't bother to bring your suit). There is a thriving artist colony in the old St. Andrews section of downtown Panama City (across the bridge from the beach area).
Miracle Strip Park and Ship Wreck Island Water Park
A real old fashioned amusement park. The best thing is the 'antique' wooden roller coaster. It's a good long ride with some good hills and that wonderful 'rickety' wooden feel! Highly praised by 'professional' roller coaster enthusiasts (like me). The water park is no 'Sea World' but it has plenty of slides and floats and makes a great day and night visit in combination with the Miracle Strip
