Very overpriced/read the fine print

Booked four nights, July 6 thru 10, 2011. Was very dissappointed at how cramped the condo was. Fridge door and oven door both rubbed the countertop when you opened them. On the second day we came back from taking the kids go karting, only to find our front door wide open. When I called the front desk to see if housekeeping had been in our room, they said no and didn't act at all concerned that someone had gotten in our room, luckily nothing missing. On the third day we had run out of toilet paper. When I called the front desk, they informed me that they don't supply toilet paper after you use whats in the bathroom, nor do they clean the rooms or make the beds daily. I have never in my life stayed anywhere that made you supply your own toilet paper, especially for what you pay per night for the condo. Also, the elevators are right next to the trash chute and stinks awful when it gets hot outside. I've stayed in $40 dollar a night motels that had better service than this place. For the same price per night there are alot of other condo's around, that take better care of their customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed-not worth money

We booked a privately owned condo at Sunbird condos in Panama City FL and were extremely disappointed. There were missing blinds, dead bugs on window sills, sticky finger marks in kitchen from previous guests, the carpet was dirty and stained, the pillows were severely stained and far past needing to be replaced, the toilet continuously clogged for no reason and I suspect this was an ongoing problem with at least our condo since there were two plungers in the bathroom, the lock on the bedroom door was broken, trash chutes by elevators illuminated foul smells that were never dealt with, and loud construction went on accross the street the entire time. Worst choice for our money! The manager who we dealt with in renting the condo was completely unwilling to resolve in a satisfactory manor. Will never stay at again
