We booked this hotel well in advance from England and were well pleased with how easy it was to find just off the end of the I-110. Check in was good, the room was ok and clean without being spectacular, what we'd hoped and paid for really.
A nice addition was the bar, (sorry Olde Town Tavern), onsite. They even had a group on one evening.
Ideally placed really for a steady walk down into town. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stop again. Oh and a basic cooked breakfast was included.
Directions: Take exit 12 off of I-10 (which is I-110 south). Follow I-110 to exit 2 (Cervantes Street). Turn right onto Cervantes Street and the hotel is one block on the left at Cervantes and Palafox Streets.
