Hello and i hate to say this but some of the reviews on this page are for the wrong property. The Motel 6 that most of these are for is one that is North of I - 10 the name is Pensacola North Motel 6.

Perdido Key is a great place to stay- right by the Alabama line- the ever famous Flora-bama bar- to the condo's by the thousands on the beachfront. Great local people to show you where to go adn lots of 'early-bird' restuarant specials.
the gulf islands national seashore headquarters in located on US 98 in the town of gulf breeze florida. the headquarters is located in the naval oaks section of the park. in 1828 president john q. adams established this area as the first U.S. tree farm to produce oak timber for naval vessels. for those planning a visit to gulf islands national seahore in west florida and mississippi this is a must stop for information on these areas.
from downtown pensacola take US 98 east about 5 miles to the town of gulf breeze.
the gulf islands national seashore headquarters is located at 1801 gulf breeze parkway.
crabs (we got em) is a nice beach front restaurant and bar located on pensacola beach. they offer local seafood, american fare, and of course crabs. a fun place to eat and drink in pensacola beach. moderately priced.
I don't know if Pensacola actually has a house tour as they do in some cities, but you can do one your self by driving around the older parts of the city such as North Hill, East Hill, East Pensacola Heights and Downtown. I have posted some photos of some of the houses that we saw while we were there.
This magnificent house was for sale when my sister and I went there in 2002. It is in one of the best neighborhoods in Historic North Hil and at that time the asking price was $500,000. We couldn't believe it. That same house in Forest Hills would have an asking price of a couple of million.
If you don't like fishing, but you are tired of lying on the beach, why don't you buy a net and go crabbing at Big Lagoon State Park.
