Not a good place to stay
Upon entering the foyer to check in, I was confronted by an aggressive clerk and the whole foyer reeked of curry. Worse was to come in the room, it was not clean, the carpet had seen better days and the bed linen had holes in it. The door didn't shut properly so the lock wasn't efficient, so I didn't feel safe there. Glad it was for just one night. The bathroom was disgusting. All in all, not a pleasant experience when you are on vacation, and an experience I would not want to repeat. There are much better hotels in St Augustine, at the same price too, as it was not cheap, so do yourself a favour and do not stay here as the whole place is careworn and long overdue for a refit. I think I needed paying to stay here!
