St. Augustine's Oldest (and Best) Inn
The Kenwood Inn is St. Augustine's oldest continuously-operated bed and breakfast inn, and their experience shows. The owners are great folks and offer outstanding service and old-fashioned, small-town hospitality. The inn is located right downtown, just off the bayfront, nestled in a corner of Marine Street that's in walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions yet quiet at night. O. C. White's, A1A Aleworks and J. P. Henley's were particularly good and less than two blocks away. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing, yet features modern amenities like a pool, big-screen TV and wifi access. Ellie and I will be back next year for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Favorite Old City Gettaway
Have been staying at the Kenwood Inn for years now when we need some down-time in St. Augustine. The owners, Mark and Carrie Costant, go out of their way to make you feel at home. The Inn, historically, was a boarding house and every accomodation is different. It does not have big bathrooms and so is historically accurate. They probably have the best B&B prices in town. Short walking distance from all historic sites. Very nice backyard garden adds to the ambience. They even have a swimming pool. We enjoy the company of the other guests and have always enjoyed the wine hour. Mark and Carrie and their staff are expert concierges and very familiar with the town and its restaurants
