Bed & Breakfast Feel at Budget Hotel Prices
The front door opens for you as you walk up the stairs - every time you enter. The host, Brian, greets you warmly and invites you (and your friends) to happy hour. You learn that his family built the hotel 37 years ago and he, his wife, Stephanie, and their children live in the hotel. The building feels older and has a personality - like all buildings with stories to tell. The room is small but comfortable and very clean. Old (antique?) and charming furniture; tiled bath with pedestal sink; tv and wifi. The breakfast is simple but satisfying. Stephanie greets you by name in the morning with a big smile while she gets her son ready for school. Her daughter plays quietly near-by. It feels like home - inviting and cozy and convenient to all that downtown St. Pete has to offer. All for an unbeatable price.

It's like staying at Grandma's house.
This is perhaps the most cozy inn I have ever stayed in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner with his wife playing with their kids in the lobby area, that's how relaxing the atmosphere is. Everything is decorated like a cozy house, not a hotel. Family pictures are everywhere and everything smells like gingerbread and other nice spices. Not only is their a good continental breakfast, but also a happy hour with a free drink and snacks. The owners, Stephanie and Brian, also go out of their way in pointing out the things to do in downtown and the best way to get their. They are very friendly and outgoing. The Inn is within walking distance to everything downtown. Very affordable as well.
