Very comfortable complex like most on the island. I prefer small complexes to reduce the number of annoying young humans units that might inhabit the grounds. Stayed on a few others also..recommend Pelican's Roost as well. A nicer beach front two bedroom condo will run about $900-1200/week off peak and $1,600-2,500 in season.
Unique Quality: Don't be cheap.....pay the extra money to get a beach front unit, it's worth it. If it's just the two of you, don't bother looking for a one bedroom unit, most are two on the island and typically you can negotiate for the same price and have a bigger place...remember that's why God invented furniture...to be used ;-)
