Stayed in second floor (third storey in USA terms) gulf front apartment and whilst the apartment itself was nice, we unfortunately had extremely noisy neighbours (partying until 4.00am). Also getting in and out of the building to get to the beach was a nightmare. Appreciate the need for security but you needed 2 keys to get into the apartment plus another key to get into the actual building, so if you had bags/beachgear it was a pain. Having said that we enjoyed the stay making the most of the beach and amenities. One other let down was the fact that the swimming pool was situated at the other end of a parking lot next to the road. Whilst the roadside location wasn't bad, the walk up and down the parking lot to get there drove us mad.
Unique Quality: Apartment was listed as gulf front but you only had a partial gulf view due to shape of building.
Furnishings were typical Flordian and Ok but were beginning to show signs of age when we stayed here in 2004. Could do with updating.
Directions: From I75 take Clark Road exit and head for Stickney Point Bridge. Go over bridge and turn right. Crescent Arms located short way down on left hand side.
