We have been here twice. The first stay, we used Trip Rewards to get a great price that was a prepaid stay. The hotel was built in the 1960's and it is clean, but nothing great other than location. We are house hunting, so took time to get to know some of the desk staff as we need local information. They were more than accommodating and were helpful above and beyond what we are used to getting from hotel staff. This hotel has just left the Days Inn chain and has moved to another affiliation. I don't remember what it was when I asked. I had to make reservations by calling them directly as the Days Inn and Trip Rewards sites did not list them any more. The desk clerk remembered me by voice when I called! It was almost like visiting a friend or relative.
Unique Quality: They do have wireless internet, but it does not work well. My husband happens to be a computer geek, and fixed it for them the first time. The problem comes from having so many other hotels in the area with wireless that your own computer does not know which to log-in to, and when it does, it is crashingly slow. Going to the lobby solves that problem. Don't know if that has been fixed yet.
