Cheap hotel close to expensive hotels
I will be attending the American Physical Society april meeting in Tampa, Florida this april.
The conference hotels are pretty expensive
(The $155/night Marriott Waterside and the "cheaper" $89/night
Radisson Riverwalk , which is allready booked out).
Does anyone know if there are cheaper hotels in the vicinity of these two locations?

There is a Wyndham in that area and also Hyatt Regency. Check those out.

Best Western Tampa on Dale Mabry Drive is about 3 miles away, only $69 per night but you would be spending money on cab fare.
Ask for "best rates" or book at bestwestern.com
Might want to book this, is cancellable if you find something else.........also APS website has a link if you want to share, find a hotel roommate.
