Hotel collage

To get a parking spot they over valet parking for about $8,00 per day if i remember right.
We didn't use anything else during our short stay...
Some less good things during this stay...
No reaction on a fax with some questions about the room, only after contacting the general marriott e-mail we received a quick and satisfiing (how do i write this) answer.
Room was charged twice ! to my creditcard while it was supposed not to be charged because we had a confirmation it would be paid with 10.000 hotelpoints... After being on the phone with two different departments of Marriott (they couldn't find us) we where connected to the hotel...They corrected the error but no apologize or anything from the hotel...it took me a half hour of phoning to the US to get everything settled...
I wouldn't pick this Marriott hotel again because of the fact they didn't responsed to my fax and they didn't apologize for their error.
It won't effect my travels to Marriott courtyard hotels, they usually are better and cheaper as this one...
