Hi there. Moving to Tampa in June 2007. Wondering about real driving time between downtown Tampa to Orlando Int'l Airport? Thanks.
Although you could make it in less time, depending on traffic I would say about an hour and a half - again, depending on traffic and where the construction is taking place (there's always some construction!).
Why Orlando Airport? There's a nice airport in Tampa.

Depending on time of day (or evening) and day of the week, the trip on Interstates 275 & 4 for the majority of the distance should take you about 90 minutes.
Is there a reason you did not do mapquest? It shows 91.95 miles from airport to airport and 1 hour and 35 minutes.

I had a blast with my friends hanging out on Clearwater Beach our second day of GWIT...and Dino was the sole man who braved going with us 6 girls...will always remember the long walk, deep convos, and of course our little friend who came and played with us.
If you look young, you will be asked everytime, while entering a club or ordering a drink, for your ID. I guess you don't want to lose your passport so I suggest to take some kind of a printed ID with.
saint petersburg beach is a collection of beach towns on the gulf of mexico. from north to south are indian rocks beach, redington beach, madeira beach, and treasure island. along with these beautiful gulf beaches is the tourist area of johns pass which is a fun place to visit. for more information on these beaches see my saint petersburg florida pages. from tampa take I-275 across tampa bay then exit ulmerton road west to indian rocks beach.

This is a great experience for young children.
Children (or adults who want to relive their childhood) pick out a "shell" and the shell is stuffed
Children then pick out the clothes and other accessories wanted for their new toy.
Its a fun process
The store also offers birthday parties.
This mall also has a children play area (really suited for young children), food court and nice restaurants if you want to make a day out of it. The mall that build a bear is in is a high end mall. About $20 per stuffed toy. Note the bears and stuffed toys are reasonable. The clothes can really add to the bill though.
