WORST customer service EVER!!
They gave our NON-REFUNDABLE, pre-paid room away, made us split our family (2 adults, 3 kids) up into 2 rooms, down the hall from each other, refused to give us our money back, due to the Non-refundable reservation! Fixed that issue, they actually comped a room for their mistake, then failed to tell the next desk person, that someone was in that room. Was locked out, he threaten to call the cops, if we tryed to retreive our things. Gave the remote control to my children to "make their stay in the lobby better", after he was told to let us in the room or we would be sleeping in the lobby!!! We finially was able to get into the room, after i call the Hilton Corporation. When we tried to deal with the General Manager of the hotel, she basically blew us off and told us that we were comensated by the free room!!!! THAT NIGHT TIME MANAGER WAS A TOTAL @$$!!
