Decent

We got a brilliant deal on hotwire for a four night stay for about $60 a night. For that price, I can't fault the hotel at all. Our flight was badly delayed and we didn't arrive until 2am, but nevertheless got the standard of service as though it had been 2pm. The room and bathroom were clean, and although the shower was somewhat tempremental, once we got it figured out on the first morning (the water goes scalding first before it returns to a normal temperature) we were all set. The room was perfectly spacious and the beds were lovely. The TV internet was fiddly, but then it always is.

If I'd have paid full rate for this hotel I might have been a little disappointed (it's good but not that good) but for what we paid it was marvellous. I would stay again.

Q: Downtown shopping? "Most of my time in Downtown Atlanta has been in/out travel for business or convention time when I'm all consumed with convention..."

A: "No, most of the shopping has moved out of Downtown, unfortunately. It's a fairly easy MARTA trip up to Buckhead or to Lenox Square though."
