This hotel has a great downtown location: 2 1/2 block walk from Peachtree Marta station and close to the Georgia World Congress Center and sports arenas. Rates vary radically depending on scheduled events at those venues. The area is clean and safe.
The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained.The room was spacious, bright and clean. The room furniture was all in good repair, coordinated and comfortable. The beds were simple coil mattress with box springs. There were no squeaks, sags or broken coils. The bedding was adequate. The clientèle were well dressed and respectable, although I do not know what it is like after a football game. The area seemed safe. All of this was more than I expected in a 2-star hotel and more than I have received in some 3-star hotels. In fact, if you price this hotel against another, price it against a 3-star hotel because it delivers 3-star value.
