Just another Sheraton
Yep, just another Sheraton. Think I visited them all in Atlanta. The rooms are suites and pretty standard. The place meets expectations- nothing more and nothing less. Perhaps its because of its location, but you can find pretty reasonable rates here, even during the week. That's an incentive for staying out here, unless you need to be in downtown.
The Galleria is northwest of downtown and not really close to anything except the mall and highway 285, but it makes a good starting point for heading north, which was on the agenda for the next day. Traveling from here, you can avoid the traffic snarls on 75 or 85.
