Strange stay - stay away!
Asked for towels was told by Rich, we folded 500 towels today, we are out! I thought he was joking as were 4 other guests who needed showers. The first nite stay ok (but loud), second day NO SHOWER or towels for us! Stephanie the manager claims it never happened although she wasn't there. This is a great hotel for the homeless - the rest should avoid.
Unique Quality: changed name from comfort inn to quality inn, wonder why....lol
