Discriminate against disabled people
We had reservations to stay here on our way down I-75
They discriminated against me even though we had stated I had a service dog when the reservation was made. As a disable person my service dog is a necessity.
They don't follow ADA requirements on service animals.
They treat them as pets denying access to their rooms with king size beds, said we could only have a smokers room with 2 double beds. When we looked at the room it was depressing and not very clean.
