The cabin we stayed at was dirty and small. There were roaches in the room and the hot tub had scum in it. We were so disgusted that we left a day early. When we contacted the owners they refused to refund any of our money. The service was horrible. We will not be returning there.
It is a great place to stay because you are in the mountains just outside of Helen. It is only a short drive into town and the scenery is beautiful.
Unique Quality: We enjoyed Timberloft because the people working there were friendly and because of its location. They have small cottages and larger cabins. Some with hot tubs and fireplaces. Our was a small cottage with a loft, fireplace and hot tub. It also has a small kitchen.
