McDonough, GA
Pronounced mick-dun-ah, Mcdonough is a nice city just south of Atlanta off I-75.
It is the county seat of Henry County.
We stopped here as a mid-way point between Florida and Kentucky.
It rained for most of our trip northward through Georgia so we did not get much in the way of nice scenery photos. The famous rich red soil of Georgia was sticky red muddy.
