This used to be a Sleep Inn (2003)
In 2003, this was almost brand new and it was a SLEEP INN (part of the same company as COMFORT) then and has since been changed. It had clean rooms; lively, friendly staff; parking right outside your room for convenience and safety. AAA rate was $58.
The room was double bed, non-smoking with desk, table/chair, nightstands, microwave; full bath with all the conveniences (soap,towels,etc.); ironing equipment, coffee maker, coat rack.
Everything looked unused.
Continental breakfast free (coffee, toast, cereal, milk, juice, fruit, U-make waffles, danish).
The motel had pass-entry-only doors for all its external exits except for the lobby.
We were there two days and had no complaints.
There were many other motels in this block plus a Shoneys, a sundries store and a bar/grill.
Unique Quality: Convenience to I-95, cleanliness, cheap price

The Worst
This hotel is located on the I-95 corridor entering Savannah. There are a few outlet stores around but other than that nothing for miles. If you are planning your trip to Savannah don't bother staying here. This hotel accomodates people on thier way to and from Florida that are too road weary to find better accomidations. Although the rooms looked clean if you moved anything you quickly find out they are not.
I will never stay here again. There are definitely better choices.
