Worst Customer Service
The hotel was acceptable, but the front desk management is horrible. The hotel front desk staff are inadequately trained and provided me with false information with regards to a Orbitz reservation. I am now stuck paying twice for one nights stay. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Neighboring hotels are just as nice, if not nicer, and you will have less headaches!

First we found
We drove to Savannah from Atlanta as our first major outing alone on our first trip to the US. We didn't really know what we were doing, just how many hotels there are or the size of Savannah. This was the first Motel we saw with an easy entrance. Luckily we were happy with it.
The hotel itself I think does a lot of long stay business, (as I think a lot of this type of hotel do), but we just booked in for the night. The reception staff were friendly and directed us to our room. They are all ground level by the way. The room was apleasant surprise, very big bed, nice bathroom and tv. All very clean.
Our only problem was that we didn't realise how far from downtown we were until we set off to walk. Not that it was an unpleasant walk but 4.5 miles in very hot sun. My fault. Made the first beer welcome though.
