Near tidepools
On our first visit to the Big Island we rented a house about 20 miles from the Hilo Airport.
It was a large house, what were we thinking. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A large living room and kitchen combo.
We liked the balcony that was off the upstairs bedroom.
The best part was that the tide pools were just a short walk away and from there we could see the ocean.
I am not sure that this house is available now but there are several for rent in this area.
Unique Quality: This is a very quiet residential area.
