Paradise Sea Breeze: Gorgeous view and jacuzzi

This place is the bottom floor of a three-floor house (I live on the top floor), and it's a gorgeous view. Seriously. I think it's the best view I've ever had. The house was converted to three apartments, and they rent out the bottom one to tourists. No one really gets in your way -- when we have tourists we tend to not use the jacuzzi and patio, and I don't think Sean (the guy who rents out the place) even gets involved with your check-in and out. It's $180 a night and you have to stay, I think, five days, but you can have four people. You can have more, but you have to pay extra. Kaneohe is easily accessible from Waikiki, and all the drives (H-3, Likelike and Pali) are gorgeous drives. It's a, maybe, 15-minute drive to downtown.

Unique Quality: The absolutely beautiful view. The tiki bar. The jacuzzi. The fact that it's almost completely private. The absolutely kick-ass people who live upstairs... :)
