This is our second stay at the Ashley Inn. Such a classy and homey place. We came for my birthday and to enjoy the McCall Winter Carnival. Also went on the Elk Feeding sleigh ride and tubing down the hill. The whole family had a great time. It's the nicest place in Cascade or McCall because you get to come back to a fireplace in your room, heated pool & spa and your stay includes the large breakfast & cookies. Regarding rates, it is a good value for what you get. The other places in Cascade are just small one room motels, no lobby, fireplaces, gathering places, gardens or pool. In the summer they have kayaks and canoes for their guests to use. We're coming back this summer. Lake Cascade has a golf course right on it.
The Rooms are large and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool, spa and fitness room are always open, so we were able to enjoy them late at night. They bake cookies every night. Even though they were full of guests, we had as many warm cookies as we could eat. The breakfast buffet had lots of goodies, eggs, waffles and biscuits with gravy.
