We really loved our stay. We stayed in the Black Swan Garden Suite. It was really nice and clean. We loved the whole motif they had set up. The only problem we had was trying to get the sauna and jetted tub working. The Sauna we never really got working it was just kind of confusing but we did get the tub working after just a little bit of trying. They just need some better instructions on how to use them. Overall our experience was great and was very romantic.
This is the most unique place we have ever stayed at. The management pays very close attention to details--which we love. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at places that seem to have great pictures and are disappointed when we get there. This place is for real----excellent, excellent, excellent
If you are looking for a romantic get a way, or just want a great night, then this is the place. The atmosphere and the service is tops in the industry. The staff goes out of their way to serve you and make sure that your stay is memorable for you. You are not just another face they truly want to know you.
The place was absolutely great and service was warm and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for families with or without kids.
We had been on a very hectic 8 day National park tour doing Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Moab , and this was just the place to unwind and relax with the kids. We had taken the Tropical Paradise theme and the in-room waterfall and decor was a lot of fun for the entire family.
I would also suggest visiting their Open House Programme and seeing all the other equally enchanting theme rooms.

We stayed in the Egyptian room at the Black Swan Inn. It felt like another world and we left it only for food. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 20 year anniversary.
Photos of the theme rooms do not do them justice! Our Romeo and Juliet suite was incredible. We loved everything--the jetted tub, the big TV, the comfortable bed, the decor. Two surprises we appreciated were the movies we could check out at the lobby for no cost and the breakfast voucher for Perkins. This was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. We would love to come and stay again sometime.
We actually tried out 3 of the rooms and loved all of them. The Egyptian was probably our favorite. I really enjoyed the steam room. Everything is designed to block out the rest of the world and to just enjoy each others company without interruption. All equipment (TV, stereo, bed etc) was first class. The staff was very accomodating.
We stayed in the Eqyptian Suite. While the placement of the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs to the bedroom was bothersome, the staff were friendly and the ammenities very appealing. Along with the free breakfast, the jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful and the decorations were great! I did not like the murals as much as the actual statues and vases. Very inviting and comfortable! We will definitely go back!
We stayed in the Atlantis Room which was exceptional. The interior paintings were fantastic, detailed to every paint stroke. The room was very, very clean with the whirlpool and shower being in mint condition. The overhead mosaic above the bed is simply outstanding. With the lighting just so, you can almost float into the painted sky, very nice work.
The staff was top notch, attentive, friendly and helpful. For breakfast we'd definately suggest going with the the property basket. They do a great job loading you up with treats and delivering it to your door with cheer.
We went with Above Average instead of Excellent only because for the nightly pricing we felt there were two things missing. One, robes. They would've been great when exiting the steam shower or whirlpool, again just a price level thing. Secondly some sort of wall hooks or rods to hang towels or robes on would've been very handy.
Lastly, and not really the property's fault I guess, was our fridge. Apparently someone had brought pizza leftovers in and stored them wide open in the fridge which took on the smell quite readily. So we'd suggest a couple of extra ziplocks to put your basket of goodies in while they chill in the room fridge.
Overall it was an outstanding stay at an extremely nice property which is well cared for and in good repair. We'd definately stay again. They've done a great job creating a spectacular themed retreat.
We were very happy with our stay. What a neat place! Loved everyhting about it. It was very clean and for a themed room it was not over the top or cheesey, just perfect. Neat little suprizes around every corner!
