Come to U of I to see the women's soccer team take on the Big Ten conference. In 2006, the Illini went 9- 2- 0 in conference and 16- 8- 0 overall, scoring over 40 goals for the 24 games! They're a delight to watch, and this season looks to be a strong one as well. If you're looking for a sport other than American football or basketball to indulge in, this is your ticket! bring sunblock, a hat, water, and maybe a seat cushion.
Or whatever it was Robin Leach used to say... I went to grad school at U of I Champaign-Urbana. I had some of the top professors in my field. I have nothing bad to say about the school itself. It's just unfortunate that it's in the middle of a cow patch.
I spent a lot of time at the mall in Champaign. I don't know why there's two towns to begin with.
