I'm pretty sure that the summer rates for single rooms with a queen size bed are around $160. It's possible to stay in Chicago for cheaper, I suppose, but that's about what you'd pay at most places around town.
If you're looking to check out the wonderful north side Lakeview and Wrigleyville neighborhood, this is a clean and comfortable place within easy walking distance to Wrigley Field, The Blue Man Group, and hundreds of bars, night clubs, and public transportation.
