Quiet comfortable hotel
We stayed here for a family vacation to the city after our original hotel couldn't take us (power failure.)
Unique Quality: Nice full breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms. Good pool for the kids. convenient to the highway with good access to the loop and Michigan avenue area. Staff was uniformly helpful and pleasant.

We rented 5 rooms and had problems with room keys for 3 of them. When going to the front desk to resolve, person in back room ignored us until I went to a lobby phone and called her to tell her to come to the desk. Air conditioning didn't work in one room and there was a huge amount of unsupervised teens running the halls at all hours both nights. Kids pool was so overrun with 12 year olds rough housing that we took our little ones out.
