O'Hare stopover
Just a standard Holiday Inn but....
Having been forced to nightstop here instead of being on a TransAtlantic flight ,we arrived in poor spirits.
Unlike the airport staff , we were greeted kindly and sent off to a comfortable bed for the night.
The following morning the staff went out of their way to smooth our departure to the extent of giving us some petty cash! Yes there's a story but it's too long to tell.
It is rare to find a hotel that actually cares for it's customers like this and I feel it deserves to be on the O'Hare stop over list.
