Motel 6. It is the right price and all of the hotels of this name are always very comfortable. The Motel 6 in the southeastern part of Indianapolis has fantastic showers! You will know what I am talking about should you take it upon yourself to go here!

Holiday Inns, Best Westerns, any brand name you will find in local towns. Also check out the local hotels, ask to look around before you buy. The only time it is hard to walk into a hotel and have a reservation is around the Indy 500, Brickyard or Fall Rockville Covered Bridge Festival.

Well, since I live here. I like my home:)
However since my home is small I can't have you all over.:) There are many good and decently priced hotels, and motels. If you have many $$ then staying downtown in the Omni, or the Raddison you are right in the middle of downtown. For cheaper rates, stay outside the I-465 Beltway, rooms are much cheaper.

There are lots of nice motels and hotels. There are places for the penny-pinchers and places for the big spenders. They are all very nice. In my hometown of Princeton, we have a Days Inn, Hampton Inn, and the Fairfield Inn.There are also a lot of little towns just minutes away that have Motel 6's and Super 8 Motels. There are places everywhere.
It depends. The cheapest would probably be around $30(US) and the most expensive is around $100. Nothing too bad. They are all very nice and well kept. That's about all I can say. Some even leave a handful of mints on the beds each morning! Can't argue with that!

LAS VEGAS - Something for EVERYONE!
The Strip has gambling and shows, obviously, but it also has some of the best thrill rides and virtual reality rides without the long waits and high prices you find in most amusement parks. There are video arcades on most casinos and a GameWorks at the South end of the Strip by MGM Grand. Many of the hotels have fantastic free form swimming pools with waterfalls and lazy rivers and slides and even wave pools. Some of the best hiking in the world is less that 45 minute drive. Check out:

www.hikinglasvegas.com

for more info on that. There are numerous day (and overnight) trips offered to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. And, the beaches of Southern California are only 4 hours away if you drive and less than 1 hour if you fly. You can usually get cheap flights on Southwest or America West from Vegas to Southern California. It's a great place for the family or a bachelor party or lone travelers or anything in-between. And, parents... It's an excellent choice for Spring Break for your teens because the driking age is strictly enforced.

Hotels, restaurants, and bars will be open, but most of the boardwalk attractions in Seaside Heights probably won't be.

Have fun at the Shore!

Where to stay in Boston?

by bloorange

Hello,

Could you please advise a well located neighborhood to stay in Boston in order to visit the city in a WE.

Thanks

If money is not an object, there are a lot of hotels in the Back Bay/Copley area, which is a great place to base yourself in Boston. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions and public transit. Also, Downtown/Financial District has several hotels with close proximity to similar amenitites. What are your interests?

Re: Re: Where to stay in Boston?

by bloorange

I guess the historical part of the city would be our main interest... Thanks for the advice!

Experiences using Kayak

by yusha

Please tell me how was your experience with Kayaks offerings(flights, hotels, etc.
Thank you very much

Re: Experiences using Kayak

by TexasDave

What do you want to know?

Kayak is just a tool that allows you to search several websites at one time so you don't have to type all the data more than once. It is very useful.

Re: Experiences using Kayak

by ter1413

I agree with Dave..Kayak just basically searches various sites for flights/hotels/etc and gives you the results so that you can decide which to use. What type of info/advice are you looking for??
