Decent Budget Hotel

This motel had a few extras like a small refrigerator and a microwave. They serve the normal continental breakfast. The staff was pretty nice. Convenient location. Pretty good value.

Hi- I have lived near Evansville for about 25 years but just recently moved in the city limits. I love this town. It really grew up during WWII. It was a major manufacturing center for LST's and Army Air Corps fighters. There are a couple of major festivals each year and you can always find the German influence. It's also a big sports town and the home of many pro athletes like Don Mattigly and Bob Griese. The movie "A League of Their Own" was partially filmed here. Madonna was quoted as saying here time spent here was like being in Prague-but she has different tastes than most of us.
