We've always like the State Park Inns. They have a charm that matches with the surrounding beauty. Old style, well kept, with a 'old world' or traditional American comfort. All modern amenities area available, with the added comfort of sitting areas, where you can meet friends or watch the world go by. On cold or blustery days, you aren't locked to your room as with those motels along the freeway. Pleasant weather offers chairs on the porch or a walk out the door into the woods.
