Microtel Inn and Suites: Bright Clean New Hotel off the Indiana Toll Road

Trying to find a nice place to stay near Mishawaka, my sister in law came across the Microtel Inn and Suites in Elkhart. I have never been a fan of Microtels but this one is brand spanking new and extremely clean.

The hotel is a three story building just north of the Elkhart turnoff from the Indiana Toll Road. This is an area with an extremely high number of hotels. There must be literally fifteen hotels on both sides of the toll road. There certainly can't be that much to see in Elkhart!

The rooms were small by motel standards. However each room came with a fridg and microwave. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable and the entire room was spotlessly clean. No noise from adjacent rooms or the hall could be heard at night. What was even better is that two persons with two beds for two nights was under $ 110 with tax.

The room came with a morning breakfast. Not much in the way of food other than cereal, a few bagles and some muffins but for the price what can you expect.

Extremely clean and quiet!
