Hi, I just wanted to add a VERY important restaurant to the listings... Great Plains Sauce and Dough Company. The pizza is expensive ($8 for a small) but two slices are more than enough to satisfy ANYONE. The pizza has lots of cheese and one can choose from many different types of crusts: White (thin or thick), Potato (Thin only), and Whole Wheat (thick or thin). I highly recommend the thick whole-wheat crust. Even my friends who don't like whole wheat love it. Great Plains does deliver, but make sure to ask for some honey (to put on the pizza crust) if you order that way.
