If you are in the area in the month of August we have the County fair which has all the 4H entries from the area as well as entertainment, carnival, and many places to try new food, and buy souveneers. Its a rural county fair with lots to do as well as a rodeo,demo derby(cars), chuckwagon races,tractor pull and much more. You must see it to appreciate it . Moville is about 1350 in population. Its what most people think a little farming town would be like. I love the small town atmosphere where everyone waves and says hi no matter if they know you or not. It is a predominately farm based community with lots of cornfields and livestock out of town in the area. It is a good place to raise kids away from the big city atmosphere such as gangs and violence. In the outskirts of town where i live i can have my animals that i have waited my whole life to own.
