worst expereience

This was the worst hotel experience I can remember. The bed sheets had blood on them and the beds were very UNCOMFORTABLE! The hotel and room was dark and musky smelling. Our neighbor's alarm clock RANG non-stop from 2am to 4am. This could be clearly heard throughout the entire hotel. NO ONE at the front desk to responding to phone calls or the alarm. In the morning, the management was very rude with no apology for not responding to the alarm and even said "well, I want you to think this is your fault" which I am not sure what that implies. The spa just had a wood board covering it.. not sure if it worked or any intention of making repairs. Breakfast was just cold cereal.

A little competition would do this place good. The Grotto is amazing! Just drive a little farther to stay somewhere else.
